Welcome to the 14th Japan-Korea Symposium on Materials and Interfaces in 2022. The symposium is intended to the academic discussion about the materials and interface in the diverse field of chemical engineering and related engineering fields.

Symposium venue is the TKP Garden City Premium Kanazawa, Kanazawa, Ishikawa, Japan.

9/23 Deadline of onsite participants' registration including excursion from Korea.

Important notice

  1. The symposium will be held in a hybrid style (both on-site and online).

  2. Oral presentation is limited to the invited lectures. We call for poster presentation only.

  3. Poster presentation will be held via either online or onsite. Submission of poster presentation is welcome from all students and faculties.

  4. We welcome the invited speakers, committee members, and students to the venue. VISA application to Japan is required due to the guideline by the Japanese government, because of COVID-19. We support the application process for the on-site participants. Online or onsite participation depends on your choice. We are all welcome to either participants.

  5. The onsite participants from Korea need the ERFS document for the visa application. You can submit the information of ERFS document through the registration site, which will open on 9/9.

  6. In case of serious spread of COVID-19, the conference banquet will be canceled according to the Japanese government and the Ishikawa prefecture government.

  7. The conference venue does not have any accommodations.
